Solid governance is fundamental for making decisions and generating actions consistent with the company’s principles and values.
The company’s Corporate Governance is guided by its Bylaws, which state that we seek to generate positive impact for people and the planet. This commitment was unanimously approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 22, 2021.
Corporate Governance
Viña Concha y Toro’s Corporate Governance is subject to its Bylaws and is governed by the General Corporations Law in Chile.
Business Ethics
In 2012, the Board of Directors approved the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which was updated in 2022. This document regulates the actions of all those who work at Concha y Toro and covers, among others, the following topics: obligations of company personnel, conflict of interest, privileged information, independence, fair behavior, health and safety, relations with producers, suppliers and customers, and environmental protection.
