Actually, 97% of our waste is managed through recycling and reuse alternatives. 2% of the generation corresponds to organic food waste.
We hope to eliminate sending this 2% to landfill and seek to incorporate higher value uses for 10 categories of waste generated by the company, demonstrating that upcycling is a source of value and support for local entrepreneurship.
